July Church Service Procedures

As of Sunday, July 11, the Saskatchewan government and its health officials have removed all restrictions in regard to COVID-19.  Faith’s Board of Directors, at their meeting on Monday, June 28, cautiously approved the following procedures for July:

  • We recommend that congregation members continue to wear masks.
  • We will continue to register those who attend the services.
  • Bulletins will be handed out before the service.
  • Offerings will continue to be placed in the plate before entering the sanctuary.
  • We will continue to usher everyone to a seat.  All the pews will be available.
  • Remain 2 metres/6 feet apart in the pew unless you are from the same household or “bubble."
  • Communion will be pilgrim-style. You will be ushered to the front to pick up the elements and then return to your pew.  We will consume the bread and wine together under the Pastor’s direction.
  • When the service is over, you will be ushered out the side exit.
  • If all continues to go well, all restrictions will be lifted in a matter of weeks.

We thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact the Chairperson, Murray Wagner, at 306-665-6290 or by email at mwwagner@sasktel.net.
